Two types of buses are entitled to total fee exemption: Buses which transport passengers at hotels in the city and which require the pass B [it allows transit, stopping and parking for buses staying at hotels in the municipal area and remain at the disposal of the committee] or the pass C [it allows the transit and the stop for the buses which transport passengers staying at the hotels of the territory, for the time necessary to climb and descent, near the accommodation facility. It is valid for 2 hours].

Long vehicles assigned to residents or commercial companies with headquarters in Pompeii without passengers or with a maximum only one person can pass without a fee payment.

Goods transport vehicles are exempted from the ZTL legislation, if they are directed towards the commercial and industrial activities that are in the perimeter of the City of Pompeii, declaring the destination during the ticket pickup (by means of DPR 445 self-certification). The pass allows access to the ZTL YELLOW from 6.00 AM to 12.00 PM and  from 2.00 PM to 5.00 PM.
